Report a problem

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, the approximate time and time zone, and your device and browser. A screenshot can help after you remove names, private poll content and access links. Please do not include passwords, sign-in codes, host links or payment details.

The beta is supported by a small team. We review requests personally; there is no guaranteed response time or emergency support service. Some technical errors are reported automatically, but a report does not always explain what you were trying to do.

Lost access or unexpected votes

Try the original browser and host link you used to create the poll. Clearing browser storage or using a shared device can change how the app recognizes you. Keep the voting link separate from the host link. If you contact us, describe the problem first; we will explain what verification is needed.

Privacy, safety or a security concern

Use the same support address with “AnyOfThese privacy” or “AnyOfThese security” in the subject. Describe a suspected vulnerability without accessing someone else’s information. We can arrange an appropriate way to share sensitive details if needed.
