About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Ridgeview service that links to them. Ridgeview Ventures, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company in the United States, operates the service. Product-specific terms below explain any additional rules for that service. If a product-specific rule conflicts with these shared terms, that rule applies to that product.

Please read these terms and the product privacy notice before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. A separate signed agreement, if one exists, governs where it conflicts with these terms.

Using the service

Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not use it to harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate others, distribute unlawful material, infringe intellectual property, send spam, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Security research must avoid accessing other people’s data or disrupting their use; report a suspected vulnerability to our support address.

Keep your account, access links and recovery information secure. Share only information you have the right to share. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for the content you submit. Contact us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.

Your content and our software

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give Ridgeview permission to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service and carry out your sharing instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Ridgeview. Retention, deletion and backup handling are described in the product privacy notice.

Ridgeview and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, branding and other materials they provide. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for its intended purpose. Open-source and third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Beta features and third-party services

A beta or experimental feature may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Do not rely on it as your only copy of important information or for emergencies or safety-critical decisions. We will describe any specific availability or retention commitment separately.

Third-party sites, providers and app stores have their own terms and privacy practices. Links and third-party information are provided for convenience; they do not mean Ridgeview controls or endorses those services. Check information that matters to your decision.

Payments, where offered

Any price, billing interval, renewal terms and cancellation method must be shown before you purchase. You must expressly authorize a purchase; merely using a free service does not authorize a charge. Product-specific purchase terms and applicable app-store terms explain paid features. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights still apply.

Advertising and ad-removal options

Some Ridgeview products or platform versions may be free with advertising and may offer a purchase or subscription to remove specified ads. Availability, price and the types of ads removed will be explained before purchase. An entitlement applies to the product, account and platforms stated in the offer; cross-platform access is included only when expressly offered.

A product’s privacy notice explains its actual advertising providers and related data use. Where required, we ask for consent before using advertising cookies, device identifiers or personalized advertising, and provide applicable privacy choices. Agreeing to these terms is not consent to personalized advertising. Ads and any optional rewarded-ad features must be distinguishable from product content.

Changes, restrictions and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and use its deletion controls or contact support about your information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or serious violations of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us about it.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will show the revised date and provide notice appropriate to a material change. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you already have. Where the law requires agreement to a change, we will obtain it before applying the change.

Service limitations and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Any additional limitation for a particular paid service must be stated in its product-specific terms.

Questions and disputes

Contact support@ridgeview.us with a concern so we can try to resolve it. Connecticut law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise; mandatory protections that apply where you live are preserved. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it.

AnyOfThese product terms

AnyOfThese helps groups choose activities, places and dates. It does not make reservations, sell event tickets or guarantee that a venue, date or plan is suitable or available. Confirm important details directly.

The guest beta is free. Account email and paid features may be unavailable during testing. No purchase is required to create or vote on a guest poll.

This beta is intended for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit children’s personal information or sensitive information such as health records, financial account details or identity documents.

Anyone with a voting link can access that poll. A host link also grants management access. These links are not invitations restricted to named recipients; choose carefully where you share them.

Polls expire under the rules in our privacy notice. Keep a separate copy of a plan you need after expiry. Venue information may be incomplete or out of date.
